关于织物印花高质量发展“领跑”世界的几点思考

摘　　要：简述了行业做大做强的标准和发展方向,并对此作出如下思考:(1)纺织科研要多关注行业发展的需要,做到科研与生产实践相结合,科研为生产服务。(2)在产业发展中,要重视“应用技术”的传承和创新。创新要靠“精英”,同时不要低估广大从业者的聪明才智。(3)要以战略发展思维对当下各种印花设备、方式方法在进一步深入生产实际的基础上,对生产品种的特色、优缺点和在织物印花中的地位,进行客观、实事求是地分析和评价,促进织物印花的大力发展。(4)针织物发展较快,要在针织物染整生产工艺流程、工艺条件上下功夫;要加强与工艺匹配针织物设备的研发及针织物基础研究,夯实自立自强根基,以便“领跑”世界。The standards and development directions for the industry to grow and promote,and the following thoughts are made:(1)Textile research should pay more attention to the needs of industry development,combine scientific research with production practice,and serve production with scientific research.(2)In industrial development,we should attach importance to the inheritance and innovation of“applied technology”.Innovation relies on elites,while not underestimating the intelligence of practitioners.(3)We should use strategic development thinking to objectively and realistically analyze and evaluate the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and position of various printing equipment and methods in fabric printing based on further deepening production practice,in order to promote the vigorous development of fabric printing.(4)The development of knitted fabrics is rapid,and it is necessary to make reasonable efforts in the production process and conditions of knitted fabric dyeing and finishing.We need to strengthen the research and development of knitted fabric equipment that matches the process,as well as basic research on knitted fabrics,to solidify the foundation of self-reliance and self strengthening,so as to“lead”the world.
