摘　　要：面料设计以海藻纤维与Lyocell为原料,探究竹节纱纺纱工艺,混纺纱经过前处理和染色得到经纬纱线,同时探究色织面料的生产流程及关键参数,并测试面料的各项性能。结果表明,所开发面料指标满足产品开发需求,该类产品具有广阔的市场前景。The fabric design uses seaweed fiber and Lyocell as raw materials,and the bamboo yarn spinning process is explored.The blended yarn is pretreated and dyed to obtain warp and weft yarn.At the same time,the production process and key parameters of the yarn-dyed fabric are explored,and various properties of the fabric are tested.The results show that the developed fabric index can meet the needs of product development,and this kind of product has a broad market prospect.
