摘  要:智能化、自动化是筒子纱染色装备的发展趋势之一。研究筒子纱染色装备对于提升染色效果具有重要的意义。综述了染色工艺背景及筒子纱染色装备的研究现状,并以TRIZ创新原理为指导,结合现场实践,对筒子纱染色装备各主要组成部分进行了系统的研发设计。筒子纱染色装备的研制成功并推广使用,验证了TRIZ创新原理在筒子纱染色装备设计上的有效性,为其他染色装备研发设计引入了一种设计思路。Intelligence and automation are one of the development trends of package dyeing equipment.Studying the dyeing equipment of bobbin yarn is of great significance for improving the dyeing effect.An overview of the background of dyeing technology and the current research status of cheese dyeing equipment are provided.Guided by the TRIZ innovation principle and combined with on-site practice,the main components of cheese dyeing equipment are systematically researched and developed.The successful development and promotion of package dyeing equipment have verified the effectiveness of TRIZ innovation principle in package dyeing equipment design,introducing a design concept for other dyeing equipment research and design.
