摘 要:为解决当前烟叶打叶后大片率过高的问题,提出了对打叶后烟片采用振筛机大片叶筛选、图像监控打辊机可控再打叶的技术处理方案。设计实现了烟片分选再处理装置,并通过实验研究了不同控制参数对再打叶后烟叶的影响。结果表明:(1)提高振筛机筛孔孔径有助于大片叶分离;(2)再处理打辊机框栏开口尺寸与形状相比提高转速对再打叶效果的影响更为显著,使用圆形50.8 mm框栏开口的打辊机可实现再打叶后大片率低于30%、中片率高于45%、含末率低于0.3%的水平;(3)提高打辊机转动频率和增加再处理大片叶分料比例有助于降低大片率,但均会导致中片率降低和烟末增加。实验表明打辊机转动频率和分料比例分别控制在40 Hz和50%左右时表现较好。In order to solve the problem of excessive large leaf ratio in tobacco leaves after destemming,a technical scheme which made the threshed large tobacco leaves filtered by vibrating screen machine and re-threshed by image monitoring roll machine was presented.A device for sorting and reprocessing tobacco flakes was designed,and the influence of different control parameters on the tobacco leaves after threshing was studied by experiment.The results showed that:(1)Increasing the size of screen hole diameter in the vibrating screen machine contributes to the separation of large leaves;(2)The size and shape of grid bars in the re-threshing machine have a more significant impact on the re-threshing effect compared to the rotation speed.Using a re-threshing machine with circular grid bars and a 2.0-inch opening can achieve a large leaf ratio below 30%,a medium leaf ratio above 45%,and a dust content below 0.3%after re-threshing;(3)Increasing the rotation speed of the threshing machine and increasing the proportion of large leaf fraction in the re-threshing process help reduce the large leaf ratio,but they both lead to a decrease in medium leaf ratio and an increase in dust content.The optimal performance was observed when the rotation speed of the threshing machine and the proportion of leaf fraction were controlled at around 40 Hz and 50%,respectively.
