摘 要:车辆前盖为满足行人保护要求,结构刚度做弱化,由于总装安装件对前盖施加额外支撑力,会使表面刚度弱的位置产生弹性变形,导致灯光带下光影不光顺。通过前盖仿真模型加载安装件约束,识别表面应力分布,判断前盖表面刚度不足问题,综合分析前盖安装件对前盖应力分布的影响,提供开发阶段评价装配后的前盖表面刚度的方法。To meet pedestrian protection requirements,the front cover of the vehicle is weakened in structural stiffness.The final installation parts apply additional support force to the front cover,which can cause elastic deformation in areas with weak surface stiffness,resulting in uneven light and shadow under the light strip.This article uses a front cover simulation model to load mounting constraints,identify surface stress distribution,determine the problem of insufficient surface stiffness of the front cover,comprehensively analyze the impact of the front cover mounting components on the stress distribution of the front cover,and provide a method for evaluating the surface stiffness of the assembled front cover during the development stage.
