摘 要:为降低燃料电池氢气循环泵运行产生的振动及噪声,基于凸轮式氢气循环泵基本理论,建立某循环泵内流场CFD仿真模型,通过仿真分析得出:随着转速增加循环泵的实际排气流量逐渐增大;理论排气流量与数值模拟结果误差低于4.4%,可以较准确地反应氢气循环泵内部气体脉动的规律;当转速在8000 r/min时内泄漏量最小,容积效率最大,氢气循环泵的转速影响内泄漏量从而影响容积效率;压力脉动频率与转速负相关,压力脉动强度与转速正相关。因此,需选择合适的额定转速,避免因转速过高造成工作效率降低。In order to reduce the vibration and noise generated by the operation of fuel cell hydrogen circulation pump,the basic theory of cam type hydrogen circulation pump was analyzed.Based on the establishment of a CFD simulation model for the internal flow field of a certain circulating pump,the following conclusions could be drawn through simulation analysis.Firstly,as the speed increased,the actual exhaust flow rate of the circulating pump gradually increased.Secondly,the error between the theoretical exhaust flow rate of the hydrogen circulation pump and the numerical simulation results was less than 4.4%,which could accurately reflect the law of gas pulsation inside the hydrogen circulation pump.Thirdly,when the rotating speed was 8000 r/min,the internal leakage was the smallest and the volumetric efficiency was the largest.The rotating speed of the hydrogen circulating pump affected the internal leakage and thus the volumetric efficiency.And the frequency of pressure pulsation was negatively correlated with rotational speed,while the intensity of pressure pulsation was positively correlated with rotational speed.Therefore,it is necessary to choose an appropriate rated speed to avoid reducing work efficiency due to excessive speed.
