摘　　要：在长期的社会实践基础上,中国逐步形成了一套具有中国特色且行之有效的生态文明建设机制,已成为中国满足人民群众在环境领域美好需要的重要手段。但由于政治认同、知识结构以及认知立场的差异,俄罗斯学者对于中国的生态文明建设形成了不同的认知观点。总体可以分为是什么、具体举措及影响三个方面,其中有系统性的研究、形成原因的梳理,也有不同层面的偏差与误解。中国应该从提升生态文明机制的辨识度、建立交流机制及优化国际传播机制三个层面强化生态文明建设的国际意义。Based on long-term social practice,China has gradually formed a set of effective ecological civilization construction mechanism with Chinese characteristics,which has become an important means to meet the needs of the Chinese people in the field of environment.However,due to differences in political identity,knowledge structure and cognitive positions,Russian scholars have formed different cognitive views on China’s ecological civilization construction.Overall,they can be divided into three aspects:the contents,specific measures and the impact,among which there are systematic research,the formation of reasons,and deviation and misunderstanding of different levels.Therefore,China should strengthen the international significance of ecological civilization construction from three aspects:enhancing the identification degree of ecological civilization mechanism,establishing exchange mechanism and optimizing international communication mechanism.
