乡村振兴视域下生态农业园建设与发展创新模式研究——以皖西生态农业园建设为例

摘　　要：生态农业具有特殊性,其内涵、发展现状和类型多样化,皖西生态农业园发展中也存在的诸多问题和困境。创新建设皖西生态农业园可从四个方面着手:以创新建设机制、开发模式为抓手;以加强人才机制建设、提升软实力为内核;以强化产业布局、一二三产业深度融合为关键;培养龙头企业,发挥辐射效应为重点,助推乡村振兴视域下皖西生态农业园的健康壮大发展。Ecological agriculture has its particularity,its connotation,development status and diversified types.There are many problems and difficulties in the development of ecological agricultural park in Western Anhui.The innovative construction of ecological agricultural park in Western Anhui can be carried out from four aspects:taking the innovative construction mechanism and development mode as the breakthrough point,taking the construction of talent mechanism and enhance soft power as the core,strengthening the industrial layout and deeply integrating the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,cultivating leading enterprises and giving play to the radiation effect,and promoting the healthy growth and development of ecological agricultural park under the vision of rural revitalization.
