摘　　要：社区治理现代化是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基本要求,也是当前亟待解决的社会治理领域核心问题之一。农村社区治理作为社会治理的基本单元,承担着推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要任务。这一基础性工作的现代化水平,关系到农村社会发展稳定和乡村治理现代化进程的顺利开展。应根据社会工作融入农村社区治理的优势和困境,构建相应的对策,提升农村社区治理的有效性。The modernization of community governance is one of the basic requirements for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and it is also one of the core issues in the field of social governance that needs to be solved urgently.As the basic unit of social governance,rural community governance undertakes the important task of promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.The modernization level of this basic work is related to the stability of rural social development and the smooth development of the modernization process of rural governance.In view of advantages and dilemmas of integrating social work into rural community governance,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for improving the effectiveness of rural community governance.
