摘 要:本文主要介绍了在郑万铁路(74+160+74)m连续梁拱施工中,由于该连续梁拱跨度较大、施工难度大、安全风险高且施工工期较长,为确保按期完工,同时降低施工作业风险,笔者公司通过采用梁拱同步拱肋异桥位拼装顶推施工工艺,大大缩短了施工工期从而按时完工,而且完工后的钢管拱质量及线性也满足相关要求,同时也降低了施工风险。该大跨度连续梁拱桥钢管拱异桥位拼装顶推施工也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。This article mainly introduces the construction of continuous beam arches(74+160+74)m on the Zhengwan Railway.Due to the large span of the continuous beam arches,high construction difficulty and safety risks,and the long construction period,in order to ensure timely completion and reduce construction risks,China Railway 15th Bureau Group Fifth Engineering Co.,Ltd.has adopted the construction technology of beam arch synchronous arch rib different bridge position assembly pushing,which greatly shortens the construction period and completes on time.Moreover,the quality and linearity of the completed steel pipe arch also meet relevant requirements,while reducing construction risks.The assembly and pushing construction of steel pipe arches at different bridge positions in the large-span continuous beam arch bridge also provides reference and guidance for similar construction in the future.
