摘 要:磁粉检测适用于铁磁性材料表面和近表面缺陷的检测,实际检测中,需根据不同的工件结构或摆放位置从不同方位实施检测,如水平面、斜面、立面及部分仰面等,检测方位、磁悬液浓度的不同对检测结果及检出率均有一定影响。通过3种代表性检测方位的模拟试验,验证了其影响性并提出4种最佳组合以供参考。Magnetic particle testing is suitable for detecting surface and near-surface defects of ferromagnetic materials.In the actual inspection,the different workpiece structure or placement needs to be detected from different directions,such as horizontal plane,inclined plane,elevation and partial elevation,etc.The difference of detection orientation and magnetic suspension concentration had a certain impact on the detection results and detection rate.In this paper,through the simulation test of three representative detection azimuths,the influence was verified and four best effect combinations were proposed for reference.
