摘  要:高含硫天然气藏同步钻采过程中,新井钻完井作业和生产井生产作业的交叉影响风险较高,需要采取控制措施削减风险。分析对比各种风险评估方法,选择故障假设法(What-if),根据钻井过程划分节点,分析每个节点存在的交叉作业风险,结合防护措施进行风险评级。对风险较高的场景提出风险削减建议,将建议措施转化为行动实施,实现了安全高效钻完井作业。In the process of simultaneous drilling and production of high-sulfur natural gas reservoirs,the risk of cross-impact between drilling and completion operations of new wells and production operations of production wells is high,and control measures should be taken to reduce the risk.Various risk assessment methods were analyzed and compared,the what-if method was selected,the nodes were divided according to the drilling process,the cross-operation risk of each node was analyzed,and the risk rating was carried out combined with protective measures.Finally,risk reduction suggestions are put forward for high risk scenarios,and the recommended measures were converted into action items for implementation,achieving safe and efficient drilling and completion operations.
