摘　　要：在过去的几年里,经济增长放缓,建设项目减少,企业市场竞争加剧,建筑行业从业人员都感受到了来自政策和市场环境的巨大冲击,政府适时做出调整优化房地产的政策,工程建设项目亟待数字化与市场化转型。就工程量计算这一领域而言,不同类型的建设项目具有不同的计算量和复杂程度,传统的手工计算工程量已无法满足复杂项目的计量要求,想要在激烈的市场竞争中角逐出来,就需要利用三维工程量算量软件、BIM技术等进行更加精细化的数字化成本管控。本文以山西大同某新建中学宿舍项目为例,研究BIM土建算量一体化平台软件在CAD图纸智能识别中的应用,对于一般项目的土建算量具有普适意义。In the past few years,economic growth has slowed down,construction projects have decreased,and competition in the enterprise market has intensified.Construction industry practitioners have felt a huge impact from policies and market environment.The government has made timely adjustments and optimizations to real estate policies,and engineering construction projects urgently need digital and market-oriented transformation.In the field of engineering quantity calculation,different types of construction projects have varying amounts of calculation and complexity.Traditional manual calculation of engineering quantity can no longer meet the measurement requirements of complex projects.To compete in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to use 3D engineering quantity calculation software,BIM technology,etc.for more refined digital cost control.This article takes a newlybuilt middle school dormitory project in Datong,Shanxi as an example to study the application of BIM civil engineering calculation integration platform software in intelligent recognition of CAD drawings,which has universal significance for civil engineering calculation in general projects.
