摘　　要：新时代继续传承和发展延安精神,可为谱写陕西高质量发展新篇章提供思想保证、舆论支持、精神动力和文化条件,助力陕西实现追赶超越的发展目标。文章从文化促进经济高质量发展的视角探究了延安精神与陕西经济高质量发展机理,采用投入产出方法,通过诱发效应、关联效应、直接贡献和影响效应等研究文化对陕西经济高质量发展的影响,最后得出结论并给出相关政策建议。Continuing to inherit and develop the Yan'an Spirit in the new era provides ideological guarantee,public opinion support,spiritual impetus and cultural conditions for writing a new chapter of high-quality development in Shaanxi,and helps Shaanxi achieve the development goal of catching up and surpassing.The article explores the mechanism of Yan'an Spirit and Shaanxi's high-quality economic development from the perspective of culture promoting high-quality economic development,adopts input-output method to study the impact of culture on Shaanxi's high-quality economic development through induced effect,associated effect,direct contribution and influence effect,and finally draws conclusions and gives relevant policy suggestions.
