摘  要:目的:针对含能材料爆发点实验过程危险、手动实验一致性较差的问题,本研究根据爆发点测试原理及方法,设计了一种爆发点自动测试装置。方法:以ARM微控制器为核心,采用前馈散热功率补偿的PID算法进行加热炉温度控制,通过自动进样模块、中长距离数据传输模块实现了人机隔离,同时开发了基于LabVIEW的上位机软件,实现了爆发点参数的自动计算。结果:为了验证测试装置的可行性,对3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪进行爆发点测试。实验结果表明,该爆发点测试装置多次重复实验标准差小于0.61 s,具有较高的一致性;爆发点参数为184℃与文献报道基本一致。结论:本爆发点测试仪实现了含能材料爆发点参数准确度的全自动获取,并且在一定程度上保障了实验人员的安全。Aims:In response to the risks associated with manual experimentation and the poor consistency of energetic materials burst point experiments,an automatic burst point testing apparatus was designed,based on the principles and methods of burst point testing.Methods:The apparatus,centered around an ARM microcontroller,used a PID algorithm with feed-forward heat power compensation for controlling the temperature of the heating furnace.The system also included an automatic sampling module and a medium to long-range data transmission module for human-machine isolation.Additionally,a supervisory control software based on LabVIEW was developed for the automatic calculation of burst point parameters.Results:To verify the feasibility of the testing apparatus,burst point tests were conducted on 3,6-diazido-1,2,4,5-tetrazine.The experimental results showed that the standard deviation of multiple repetitions of the test was less than 0.61 seconds,indicating high consistency.The flash point parameter was determined to be 184℃,which was in good agreement with the values reported in the literature.Conclusions:This burst point tester achieves fully automatic acquisition of the accuracy of burst point parameters for energetic materials,and to a certain extent ensures the safety of experimental personnel.
