摘 要:为了探究碳化温度对CF/Pd催化剂电催化氧化甲醇性能的影响,本文采用静电纺丝-热处理碳化-浸渍法制备了一系列CF/Pd催化剂,碳化温度分别设定为800、1000和1200℃,并对所得CF/Pd催化剂样品进行了微观形貌表征、成分分析及电化学测试。研究发现,800℃时,PAN/CA纤维已完全碳化,但随着碳化温度的升高,CF/Pd催化剂的纤维化程度逐渐降低,黏结现象逐渐明显,电催化氧化甲醇性能呈现先增加后降低的趋势。当碳化温度为1000℃时,CF/Pd催化剂的电催化氧化甲醇性能最佳,其催化活性是商用Pd/C催化剂的5.4倍,稳定性是商用Pd/C催化剂的16.2倍。In order to investigate the effect of carbonization temperature on the electrocatalytic performance of CF/Pd catalysts for methanol oxidation,a series of CF/Pd catalysts were prepared by electrospinning heat treatment carbonization impregnation method.The carbonization temperatures were set at 800,1000,and 1200℃,respectively.The obtained CF/Pd catalyst samples were characterized by microscopic morphology,composition analysis,and electrochemical testing.Research has found that at 800℃,PAN/CA fibers have completely carbonized,but as the carbonization temperature increases,the degree of fibrosis of CF/Pd catalysts gradually decreases,and the bonding phenomenon becomes more obvious.The electrocatalytic performance of methanol oxidation shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the carbonization temperature is 1000℃,the CF/Pd catalyst has the best electrocatalytic performance for methanol oxidation,with a catalytic activity 5.4 times that of commercial Pd/C catalysts and a stability 16.2 times that of commercial Pd/C catalysts.
