摘 要:为解决水利水电工程初期蓄水阶段泄放生态流量问题,研究制定泄放生态流量措施,结合夹岩水利枢纽工程,采用对比分析方法,从工程投资大小、工期长短及下闸程序复杂程度3个方面,对比分析泵站提水和在导流洞一期堵头预埋生态管泄放生态流量2种方案,最终选择采用在导流洞一期堵头中预埋生态管泄放生态流量的方案。结果表明:该方案投资增加不大、施工工期影响较小。研究成果可为类似水利水电工程选择初期蓄水泄放生态流量措施提供参考。In order to solve the problem of lower ecological flow in the initial water storage stage of hydraulic and hydropower projects and to propose ecological discharge measures,we combined with the Jiayan Water Project,adopted the comparative analysis method,compared and analyzed the two schemes of water pumping station and lower ecological flow in the first phase of diversion tunnel from project investment size,project duration and complexity of the sluice procedure three aspects.The final choice was to adopt the measure of ecological flow released by pre-buried ecological pipe in the plug of the first phase of the diversion hole.The results showed that the programme had resulted in little additional investment and minimal impact on the construction period.The research results can provide a reference for similar hydropower projects to choose measures of releasing ecological flow in the initial water storage.
