基于增长极理论的东山乡村民宿产业发展研究

摘　　要：发展乡村旅游是乡村振兴战略的重要举措之一,民宿产业的可持续发展则成为乡村旅游的热点。文章基于增长极理论深入分析了东山民宿产业的优势与不足,提出在发展和壮大东山民宿业的同时,构建以东山、漳浦、云霄、诏安民宿产业发展轴,拓展延伸涵盖平和的漳州南部区域民宿发展面,实现一级引领、连点成轴,形成漳州南部区域特色民宿产业的发展面格局。Rural tourism is a crucial element of the national strategy for rural revitalization,with the sustainable growth of the homestay industry being a key focus.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the Dongshan homestay industry based on the growth pole theory.It proposes the development and strengthening of the Dongshan homestay industry while establishing a development axis centered around the homestay industries in Dongshan,Zhangpu,Yunxiao,and Zhao'an,extending to Pinghe and other areas in southern Zhangzhou.The objective is to expand and extend the homestay development in this region.The article suggests integrating policy guidance,fostering close industry cooperation,and leveraging scientific and technological information to develop and showcase local customs,thereby enhancing the homestay experience for tourists.The ultimate goal is to achieve exceptional leadership and establish a cohesive axis that connects individual points,forming a distinctive pattern of development for the homestay industry in southern Zhangzhou.
