摘  要:ACCA方向班是将ACCA课程融入本科教学的一种培养模式。ACCA方向班将国际职业资格与学历教育相结合,有助于培养大量深受雇主认可的财会人才。为了达到国际化财会人才培养产学合作目标,文章基于地方高校ACCA方向班办学现状展开分析,针对地方高校ACCA方向班存在的招生规模不稳定、课程设置不甚合理、师资力量相对匮乏、实践教学相对薄弱等问题,从学生管理、课程体系、师资队伍和实践教学4个方面提出了构建产学合作机制的设想,旨在为提升地方高校ACCA方向班人才培养质量提供借鉴。ACCA orientation class is a training mode that integrates ACCA courses into undergraduate teaching,which is characterized by the combination of international vocational qualifications with academic education,and aims to cultivate a large number of accounting talents favored by employers.In order to cultivate international financial and accounting talent through industry-university cooperation,the current status of ACCA orientation classes in local universities is examined.In response to the issues of unstable enrollment scale,unreasonable curriculum design,relatively scarce teaching staff,and weak practical teaching,the article proposes an industry-university cooperation mechanism in terms of student management,curriculum,teaching staff,and practical teaching,aiming to boost the quality of talent cultivation.
