摘  要:在现有对辣椒炒制和糊辣椒舂捣的研究中,存在着辣椒炒制温度及舂捣效果不佳等问题。为了解决上述问题,对炒制和舂捣集成一体的辣椒加工装置进行结构设计及仿真分析,得到了满足炒制温度和捣碎均匀的糊辣椒加工装置。本文利用电磁加热原理对干辣椒进行翻炒加热,通过内部设置温度探头实时监测温度变化,滚筒翻炒辣椒装置内部设计有4叶绞片一体化炒制干辣椒机构,设计可360°旋转滚筒翻炒辣椒装置,可保证内部辣椒均匀受热以达到表面呈现焦糊状;利用凸轮机构原理,设计糊辣椒舂捣机构模型,实现糊辣椒的舂捣目的;利用ADAMS、ANSYS、ABAQUS等软件进行仿真验证分析。仿真结果显示:电磁线圈加热能满足炒制干辣椒的温度需求;凸轮传递到筛网上的冲撞力足以达到捣碎糊辣椒的效果需求。There are some problems in the existing stir-frying method and pounding method of burnt chili pepper,including poor temperature control and poor pounding effect.In order to solve these problems,an integrated processing device for burnt chili pepper is designed and simulated.The principle of electromagnetic heating is used to stir-fry the chili pepper,and a temperature probe is set inside the device to monitor the temperature change in real time.The roller stir-frying device has an integrated four-leaf stir-frying mechanism,and the roller enables 360°rotation to ensure that the peppers are evenly heated.Based on the principle of cam mechanism,the pounding mechanism is designed.ADAMS,ANSYS,ABAQUS and other software are used for simulation verification.The simulation results show that the electromagnetic heating mechanism can meet the temperature requirements of stir-frying the chili pepper;the impact force passed by the cam to the screen is enough to realize the crushing of the chili pepper.
