摘 要:针对烟叶包装过程中存在的烟叶自身体积大、包装设备的自动化程度低、过程复杂等问题,设计了一款烟叶自动打包机装置,并对烟叶打包机最容易发生损伤的烟叶压板进行模拟仿真。基于SolidWorks三维建模软件绘制打包机所需要的三大结构,对液压系统做了相关计算以及设计液压系统原理图;应用ANSYS Workbench响应面优化模块对烟叶压板的结构进行优化,其最大等效应力由99.381 MPa减小到82.338 MPa,减小率为17.15%,最大变形由0.1230 mm减小到0.1132 mm,减小率为7.9%。Aiming at the problems of large volume of tobacco leaves,low degree of automation,and complicated process in the tobacco packaging process,an automatic tobacco packing machine was designed,and the tobacco leaf pressing plate,which is most frequently damaged,was simulated.Based on the SolidWorks 3D modeling software,the three major structures of the packaging machine were drawn,the relevant calculation was made on the hydraulic system,and the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system was designed.The response surface optimization module of ANSYS Workbench was used to optimize the structure of the tobacco leaf pressing plate.The maximum equivalent stress was reduced from 99.381 MPa to 82.338 MPa,with a reduction rate of 17.15%,and the maximum deformation was reduced from 0.1230 mm to 0.1132 mm,with a reduction rate of 7.9%.
