苎麻残胶率测试结果的影响因素及测试方法优化

摘　　要：按照GB/T 5889—1986中的方法对测试步骤进行了优化改进,按照优化改进后的测试方案测试苎麻样品的残胶率,并对实验数据进行统计分析及不确定度评估。结果表明,改进后的测试方法测试数据更加准确,测试时间大幅缩短,有效提高了工作效率。The testing steps were optimized and improved according to the method in GB/T 5889—1986.The gum residual rate of ramie samples was tested according to the improved testing plan,and the experimental data was statistically analyzed and evaluated for uncertainty.The results showed that the improved testing method had more accurate testing data,significantly reduced testing time,and effectively improved work efficiency.
