摘 要:留设煤柱护巷道目前仍是中国许多矿井的主要护巷道方式,但同时也损失了巨大的煤炭资源。煤柱留设的长度也是影响煤柱稳定性和巷道围岩稳定性的关键所在,其安全长度的留设,更有利于改变围岩应力分布条件,隔离工作面采空区,维护巷道围岩稳定具有重要的作用。区段煤柱留设宽度与煤矿采区埋置深度、工作面倾角、煤层高度、巷道顶底板围岩等具有相关联系。不同煤矿开采条件不同,不同矿区都有自己留设煤柱的宽度方法。因此,本论文针对某煤矿西翼带式运输大巷煤柱安全宽度等问题展开研究,分析煤柱内的应力分布、变形特征和塑性区分布,最终得出安全煤柱宽度留设,论证该尺寸煤柱下,确保被保护的巷道在掘进过程中不引起失稳,这对于煤矿的安全生产来说至关重要。Setting up coal pillars to protect roadways is still the main method of roadway protection in many coal mines in China,but it also causes a significant loss of coal resources.The width of the coal pillar is the key to the stability of the coal pillar and the surrounding rock of the tunnel.The safe width of the coal pillar plays an important role in improving the stress distribution environment of the surrounding rock,isolating the goaf of the working face,and maintaining the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.The width of section coal pillars is related to the burial depth of the coal mining area,the inclination angle of the working face,the height of the coal seam,and the surrounding rock of the roadway roof and floor.The mining conditions of different coal mines are different,and different mining areas have their own methods for retaining the width of coal pillars.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the safety width of the coal pillar in the west wing belt conveyor roadway of Bailu Coal Mine,analyzes the stress distribution,deformation characteristics,and plastic zone distribution inside the coal pillar,and ultimately obtains the safety coal pillar width reservation.It is demonstrated that under this size of coal pillar,it is crucial to ensure that the protected roadway does not cause instability during the excavation process,which is crucial for the safety production of the coal mine.
