摘  要:本文构建一种新型FRET纳米探针,用于H_(2)O_(2)的检测。首先通过紫外可见分光光度计、透射电镜及纳米粒度仪证实多糖功能化金纳米粒子的成功构建。接着利用荧光光谱仪证实荧光剂3-(丹磺酰氨)甲氧基苯硼酸成功组装到金纳米粒子的表面,形成简单可靠的FRET纳米探针。最后,利用荧光光谱仪证实,该纳米探针对H_(2)O_(2)的有效检测。In this study,a novel FRET nanoprobe was developed for the detection of H_(2)O_(2).Firstly,the successful construction of polysaccharide functionalized gold nanoparticles was confirmed by UV-vis spectrophotometer,transmission electron microscope and nanoparticle size analyzer.Then,the successful conjugation of 3-(dansyl ammonia)methoxyphenylboronic acid onto the surface of gold nanoparticles was confirmed through fluorescence spectroscopy,resulting in the development of straightforward and dependable FRET nanoprobes.Finally,the effective detection of H_(2)O_(2)was confirmed through the utilization of a fluorescence spectrometer.
