高温对煤矿硐室人员健康影响与温度限值研究

摘  要:针对煤矿井下机电设备硐室作业人员受高温环境影响引发健康与安全问题,为了降低作业人员热相关疾病的发生概率,提高作业人员热舒适度与工作效率,通过煤矿现场调查问卷和实验测试,结果表明:高温对大多数作业人员产生的心理烦恼程度是“很烦恼”;心率、腋温、口腔温度、血乳酸浓度均大幅升高;肺活量、调节能力、疼痛感知能力均显著下降;注意力集中能力与反应能力降低,但变化幅度不大;暗适应能力基本无变化;建立人体腋窝温度、口腔温度与环境温度之间的相关性模型,得出机电设备硐室作业温度限值为34.6℃。In view of the health and safety problems caused by the influence of high temperature environment on the workers in the underground mechanical and electrical equipment chamber of coal mine,in order to reduce the incidence of heat related diseases and improve the thermal comfort and work efficiency for coal mine workers,through the on-site questionnaire and experimental tests,the results show that the degree of psychological annoyance caused by high temperature was"very annoyed",the heart rate,axillary temperature,oral temperature and blood lactic acid concentration of the miners increased significantly,the vital capacity,self-regulating ability and pain perception ability decreased significantly,and the ability to concentrate and respond decreased,and the dark adaptation ability basically remained unchanged.The correlation model between human axillary temperature,oral temperature and ambient temperature was established,and the operation temperature limit in mine electromechanical equipment chamber is 34.6℃.
