摘 要:为提升超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的性能,采用改进后的Andreasen&Andersen颗粒堆积模型设计UHPC基体配合比,利用图像法分析UHPC不同基体黏度对钢纤维分布的影响,并通过抗压强度结合纤维分布系数选择合适的基体黏度,研究不同形状、体积掺量的钢纤维对UHPC力学性能的影响,最终得到力学性能最佳的配合比。试验结果表明:良好的UHPC基体黏度在均匀分散钢纤维的同时可以避免内部出现过多气泡,进一步提升UHPC抗压强度;与端钩、长直形钢纤维相比,波纹形钢纤维在相同黏度下分散效果更佳,且对UHPC基体力学性能提升效果更好。UHPC最佳配合比为水胶比0.16,水泥、硅灰、矿渣质量比0.75∶0.2∶0.05,波纹形钢纤维体积掺量3%,减水剂质量分数0.8%,此时粉体颗粒最紧密堆积、钢纤维分布均匀,UHPC性能最佳。To enhance the performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),an improved Andreasen&Andersen particle packing model was employed to design the matrix mix.Using image analysis method,the study examined the influence of different matrix viscosities on the distribution of steel fibers in UHPC.By judiciously combining compressive strength considerations with fiber distribution coefficients,an optimal matrix viscosity was selected.The research further investigated the effects of steel fibers with varying shapes and volume fractions on mechanical properties,ultimately determining the optimal mix proportions for achieving the best mechanical performance.The test results show that achieving an appropriate viscosity in the UHPC matrix,through uniform steel fiber dispersion while minimizing internal air bubbles,further enhances UHPC compressive strength.Corrugated steel fibers exhibit superior dispersion compared to hooked and straight fibers at the same viscosity,resulting in a more pronounced improvement in the mechanical properties of the UHPC matrix.The optimal mix proportions for UHPC are as follows:a water-to-binder ratio of 0.16,a mass ratio of cement to silica fume to slag at 0.75∶0.2∶0.05,a 3% volume fraction of corrugated steel fibers,a superplasticizer mass fraction of 0.8%.At this point,the powder particles exhibit the closest packing,steel fibers are uniformly distributed,resulting in the optimal performance of UHPC.
