摘　　要：随着医疗信息化的快速发展,自动化病案管理系统在提高医疗质量和效率方面扮演重要的角色。文章旨在研究自动化病案管理系统在提高医疗质量和效率方面的作用,并探讨其应用案例、存在的问题与挑战以及未来发展方向。通过文献综述和实证研究,发现自动化病案管理系统能提高医疗数据的准确性、优化医疗流程、改善医患沟通,从而提高医疗质量。同时,自动化病案管理系统实现自动化数据录入与存储、快速检索与分析医疗数据以及提供决策支持的功能,从而提高医疗效率。然而,自动化病案管理系统的应用还面临着数据安全与隐私保护、技术与人员培训以及法律、法规的限制等问题。未来,应加强数据安全保护、加强技术培训和人员管理,并制定相关法律、法规,以推动自动化病案管理系统的进一步发展。With the rapid development of medical informatization,the automated medical record management system plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of medical treatment.This paper aims to study the role of an automated medical record management system in improving the quality and efficiency of medicine,and to explore its application cases,existing problems and challenges,and future development directions.Through the literature review and empirical research,we found that an automated medical record management system can improve the accuracy of medical data,optimize the medical processes,and improve doctor-patient communication,thus,improving the quality of care.At the same time,the automated medical record management system realizes the functions of automatic data entry and storage,rapid retrieval and analysis on the medical data,and providing decision support,so as to improve the medical efficiency.However,the application of automated medical record management system also faces on the problems such as data security and privacy protection,technology and personnel training,and the limitations of laws and regulations.In the future,data security protection,technical training and personnel management should be strengthened,and relevant laws and regulations should be formulated to promote the further development of the automated medical record management system.
