摘　　要：文章结合浙江省肿瘤医院官方门户网站近年来设计、开发、维护、升级的实际经验,阐述在患者视角下,作为国家癌症区域医疗中心牵头单位的大型三甲肿瘤专科医院门户网站的开发理念、设计思路与实践方案,并对运行中的使用反馈进行讨论。医院网站建设不仅可提升品牌形象,还可增加患者的满意度和忠诚度;门户网站与社交媒体平台相结合,通过全媒体渠道进行宣传和互动,进一步扩大影响力,吸引更多患者的关注和信赖。Based on the practical experience of the design,development,maintenance and upgrading of the official portal of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital in recent years,this paper describes the development concept,design ideas and practice scheme of the portal website of a large Grade III cancer hospital,which is the leading unit of the National Cancer Regional Medical Center,from the perspective of patients,and discusses the use feedback in operation.Hospital website construction can not only enhance the brand image,but also increase the satisfaction and loyalty of patients;The portal website is combined with the social media platform to promote and interact through all-media channels to further expand its influence and attract more patients'attention and trust.
