益气养心方治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效及其对心肌缺血的血液流变学指标、CXCL9水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气养心方治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效及其对心肌缺血的血液流变学指标、CXC趋化因子配体9(CXCL9)水平的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月在该院治疗的70例冠心病室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。两组患者均实施常规对症治疗,对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气养心方治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4个月。观察两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标水平、血清CXCL9水平及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清CXCL9水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未见严重不良反应,仅有极少数患者出现轻微恶心、呕吐症状。结论益气养心方治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床疗效较佳,可调低血清CXCL9水平,减轻心肌损伤,改善心肌的血液流变学指标,促进心律失常改善,且治疗安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangxin recipe on ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease and its influence on hemorheology index and CXC chemokine ligand 9(CXCL9)level of myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 70 patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 months.The clinical efficacy,hemorheology index level,serum CXCL9 level and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,plasma specific viscosity and fibrin levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CXCL9 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment,and only very few patients had mild nausea and vomiting.Conclusion Yiqi Yangxin recipe has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.It can reduce serum CXCL9 level,reduce myocardial damage,improve myocardial hemorheology indexes,promote the recovery of arrhythmia,and has high treatment safety.
