摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想蕴含的资本观,具有特定时代背景、丰富理论要义与鲜明实践要旨。究其时代背景,主要包括社会主义市场经济的资本理论急需新发展、高质量发展对资本行为提出新要求、防止资本无序扩张成为新考题、破除对资本政策的知行误区成为新课题。从理论要义看,主要包括资本产生观、形态观、属性观、作用观、治理观,系统回答了社会主义市场经济条件下资本的存在之问、形态之问、属性之问、作用之问和治理之问,丰富和发展了马克思主义资本观。从实践要旨看,要区分资本与资本主义,推动资本高度发展;区分公有资本与非公有资本,促进各类资本共同发展;区分资本的要素属性与关系属性,利用其要素属性又规约其关系属性;区分资本的积极作用与消极作用,扬利抑弊地引导资本服务高质量发展;区分资本的资本主义运用与社会主义运用,创新和完善资本治理制度。The view of capital in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era emerges in a specific historical background and has rich theoretical connotation and distinct practical significance.Specifically,it emerges in response to the urgent need for development of the theory of capital in the socialist market economy,the new requirements for capital behaviors put forward by high-quality development,the new examination question of preventing disorderly expansion of capital,and the new issue of eliminating the misunderstanding about capital policies.From the perspective of theoretical connotation,the view of capital in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era systematically answers the questions about the existence,form,attribute,function,and governance of capital in the socialist market economy,enriching the Marxist conception of capital.From the perspective of practical significance,it is necessary to distinguish between capital and capitalism for the high development of capital and distinguish between public capital and non-public capital for the common development of various types of capital.On the basis of distinguishing between the factor attributes and relationship attributes of capital,the factor attributes should be used and the relational attributes regulated.By distinguishing between the positive and negative effects of capital,we should guide the high-quality development of capital services by leveraging the positive effects and suppressing the negative effects.Only when the capitalist and socialist uses of capital are distinguished can we innovate and improve the capital governance system.
