摘　　要：目的探讨甲外锚腱骨缝合治疗新鲜腱性锤状指的临床疗效。方法我院自2020年1月至2022年10月采用甲外锚腱骨缝合法治疗新鲜腱性锤状指患者22例,开放性损伤15例,闭合性损伤7例。均为单指手术。结果术后22例患者均获得随访,时间12~24个月,平均18.3个月。所有创口均Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生。根据Crawford锤状指疗效评价标准:优8例,良12例,可1例,差1例。根据中华医学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准:优7例,良14例,可1例。根据Miller标准评价伸肌腱功能:优7例,良13例,中1例,差1例。结论甲外锚腱骨缝合治疗新鲜腱性锤状指损伤,具有固定牢靠、活动好、并发症少、费用低等优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external anchor bone-tendon suture in the treatment of acute tendinous mallet fingers.Methods From January 2020 to October 2022,22 patients with acute tendinous mallet fingers were treated in our hospital.There were 15 cases of open injury and 7 cases of closed injury.All are single finger surgeries.Results All 22 patients were follow-up for a period of 12 to 24 months,with an average of 18.3 months.All wounds achieved primary healing without any complications.According to the Crawford mallet finger efficacy evaluation criteria,8 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,1 case was fair,and 1 case was poor.According to the evaluation criteria for upper limb function of the Chinese Medical Association,7 cases were excellent,14 cases were good,and 1 case was fair.According to Miller′s criteria,the function of the extensor tendon was evaluated as excellent in 7 cases,good in 13 cases,fair in 1 case,and poor in 1 case.Conclusion The use of external anchor bone-tendon suture for the treatment of acute tendinous mallet finger injury has the advantages of reliable fixation,good mobility,fewer complications,and low cost.
