摘　　要：自从习近平总书记2023年9月在黑龙江省考察时首次提出“新质生产力”这个范畴以来,学术界进行了广泛而深入的研究。生产力是马克思主义唯物史观和政治经济学最基础的范畴。生产力是一个历史范畴,随着科学技术的发展以及在生产上的应用,生产力的内涵始终处于不断发展过程中,生产力在实践上也必然获得不同的表达式并呈现出新的形态,新质生产力是生产力发展进程中历史地、逻辑地获得的一种新形态。因此,只有在历史的长过程中才能准确把握新质生产力的科学内涵和时代意义;生产力也是一个蕴含系统思想和方法论的范畴,新质生产力是生产力系统演进的结果,只有从系统结构、系统演化逻辑和演化的动力机制中,发现生产力演化的决定力量,才能在推进经济高质量发展的进程中,准确把握发展新质生产力的重点和难点。Since General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the“new productivity”during his visit to Heilongjiang Province in September 2023,the academic community has conducted extensive and in-depth research.Productivity is the most fundamental category of Marxist historical materialism and political economy.Productivity is a historical category.With the development of science and technology and its application in production,the connotation of productivity has always been in a constant process of development.In practice,productivity is bound to obtain different expressions and take on new forms.New productivity is a new form obtained historically and logically in the process of productivity development.Therefore,only in the long process of history can we accurately grasp the scientific connotation and epoch significance of new productivity.Productivity is also a category containing system thinking and methodology.New productivity is the result of productivity system evolution.Only by discovering the decisive force of productivity evolution from the system structure,system evolution logic and evolutionary dynamic mechanism can we accurately grasp the key points and difficulties in developing new quality productivity in the process of promoting high-quality economic development.
