摘 要:特高压交流输电线路附近空间电场较高,对线下物体容易造成感应电及暂态电击现象。其中,当人撑伞经过线路下方区域时产生的暂态电击现象最为常见,也引起了居民的多次投诉。为研究金属伞对人体的暂态电击现象,本研究建立了1000 kV特高压交流输电线路下方金属伞的暂态电击模型,并采用有限元仿真计算和实地试验相结合的方式对暂态电击电流和电击能量进行计算分析。结果表明:1000 kV交流输电线路下方金属伞对人体的暂态电击电流峰值最大可达0.795 A,暂态电击能量最大可达0.427 mJ,超过了人体可感知的电流限值0.1 mJ;本研究试验所得暂态电击电流数值及波形与仿真结果基本相符,试验中的人体感受也与限值标准一致,所建立的有限元仿真计算模型具有一定参考价值。The space electric field near UHV AC transmission line is high,which is easy to cause induced electricity and transient electric shock to objects under the line.Among them,the transient electric shock caused by people holding an umbrella below the line is very common,which has also caused many complaints from residents.In order to study the transient electric shock degree of metal umbrella to human body,the author establishes the transient electric shock model of metal umbrella under 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission line,and calculates and analyzes the transient electric shock current and energy by combining finite element simulation and field test.The results show that the peak value of transient electric shock current of metal umbrella to human body can reach 0.795 A,and the transient electric shock energy can reach 0.427 mJ,which exceeds the perceptible current limit of human body by 0.1 mJ.The numerical value and waveform of transient electric shock current obtained from the test are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the human feeling in the test is also consistent with the limit standard.The finite element simulation model established in this research has a certain reference value.
