摘　　要：车顶支柱绝缘子作为动车组牵引供电系统最为重要的外绝缘设备之一,将受电弓与车顶进行电气隔离。列车在运行过程中,动车组车顶的支柱绝缘子会暴露于自然空气中,在不同的自然气候环境下其伞裙表面也会主要呈现干燥、湿润及污秽3种不同状态,而且在高速气流下,绝缘子表面极容易吸附污秽。硅橡胶复合绝缘子具有良好的憎水性,电力系统普遍选用其作为车顶支柱绝缘子。为探究它们在不同环境下的绝缘特性,在高压实验室对试品绝缘子分别进行干闪、湿闪、污闪试验,获取相应的闪络电压。结果显示,此种绝缘子污闪电压远低于干闪和湿闪电压,且呈现伞裙表面污秽等值盐密越高,污闪电压越低的趋势。因此,及时清理绝缘子表面污秽,使其始终保持低污秽覆盖的状态,对列车稳定运行及车厢内乘客安全有重要意义。As one of the most important external insulation equipment in the traction power supply system of the high-speed train,the roof post insulator can insulate the pantograph from the roof.During the running of the train,the post insulators on the roof of the high-speed train will be exposed to natural air.In different natural climates,the surface of the umbrella skirt will mainly show three different states:namely,dry,wet and dirty.In addition,under the high-speed air flow,the surface of the insulator is very easy to absorb pollution.With the good hydrophobicity,silicone rubber composite insulators are widely used in power system.In order to explore the insulation characteristics when used as roof post insulators in different environments,dry flashover,wet flashover and pollution flashover tests are carried out on the test insulators in the high voltage laboratory to obtain the corresponding flashover voltage.The test results show that the pollution flashover voltage of insulator is much lower than the dry and wet flashover voltage,and the higher the equivalent salt density of the pollution on the surface of the umbrella skirt,the lower the pollution flashover voltage.Therefore,it is of great significance for stable operation and the safety to clean up the pollution on the surface of the insulator in time and keep it in a state of low pollution coverage.
