摘  要:复合绝缘子由于其优良的憎水性和憎水迁移性而广泛应用于特高压输电线路中。在雨、雾、露水等潮湿天气条件下,复合绝缘子表面分离的水滴将大幅度降低其表面闪络电压。由于硅橡胶复合绝缘子表面水滴的直流闪络电压通常低于交流闪络电压,因此研究直流电场下硅橡胶表面水滴的闪络现象具有重要意义。通过试验研究了长时间直流电场作用下水滴的荷电闪络过程,并从理论上分析了其荷电闪络机理。研究结果表明,硅橡胶表面单水滴由于负极性端的电晕放电而荷上正电荷,荷电的水滴会在长时间直流电场的作用下出现“鼓包”现象,降低了硅橡胶表面的闪络电压;硅橡胶表面双水滴由于受水滴之间的相互作用,左水滴出现“鼓包”现象,而右水滴未出现“鼓包”,但由于水滴间的电场增强效应,硅橡胶表面荷电双水滴的闪络电压大幅度下降。Composite insulators are widely used in UHV transmission lines because of their excellent hydrophobicity and hydrophobic migration.Under wet weather conditions such as rain,fog and dew,the water droplets separated on the surface of composite insulator will greatly reduce its surface flashover voltage.Because the DC flashover voltage of water droplets on the surface of silicone rubber composite insulator is usually lower than the AC flashover voltage,it is of great significance to study the flashover phenomenon of water droplets on the surface of silicone rubber under DC electric field.The charged flashover process of water droplets under long-time DC electric field is studied experimentally,and its charged flashover mechanism is analyzed theoretically.The results show that the single water droplet on the silicone rubber(SIR) surface the is positively charged due to the corona discharge at the negative end,and the charged water droplet will appear "swelling" under the action of a long-term DC electric field,which reduces the flashover voltage on the SIR surface;Due to the interaction between the water droplets on the surface of the silicone rubber,the left water droplet has a "bulge" phenomenon,while the right water droplet has no " swelling ";However,due to the electric field enhancement effect between the water droplets,the flashover voltage of the charged double water droplets on the surface of the SIR dropped significantly.
