4种红树植物叶片结构解剖特征比较

摘  要:为了比较在同一环境下红树林植物叶片解剖特征的差异性及适应性。应用石蜡切片法,比较研究海莲(Bruguiera sexangula)、正红树(Rhizophora apiculata)、木榄(Bruguiera gymnorhiza)和榄李(Lumnitzera racemosa)4种红树植物叶片结构解剖特征。结果表明,4种红树植物叶片的表皮均具有相似结构,上下表皮覆盖着较厚的角质膜、栅栏组织有柱状或短柱形细胞、海绵组织排列疏松。但它们叶片结构的数量特征存在差异,栅/海比以榄李最高(0.60),叶片紧实度和疏松度分别以木榄和榄李最高。木榄、海莲和正红树木质部导管发达,但榄李的木质部导管不发达。PCA研究结果表明,红树植物适应能力与叶片栅栏组织、上表皮、下角质层、叶片疏松度等因子有关,4种红树植物对环境适应性因子存在差异。综上所述,在同一生境下,4种红树叶片结构特征均有着特殊解剖结构特征适应盐浸环境,这些特征也可作为分类学依据,对潮汐适盐性植物的识别及其沉积物的形成环境分析具有重要意义。In order to compare the difference and adaptability of the leaf anatomical characteristics of mangrove plants under the same environment.The leaf structure and anatomical characteristics of Bruguiera sexangula,Rhizophora apiculate,B.gymnorhiza and Lumnitzera racemose by paraffin sectioning method.The results showed that the epidermis of the leaves of 4 mangrove species had similar structure.Thick cuticle were commonly existed in the upper and lower epidermis,columnar or short columnar cells existed in the palisade tissue,and the spongy tissue arranged loosely.However,the difference between the quantitative characteristics of leaf structure with mangrove species.The palisade/spongy tissue ratio was the highest(0.60),and the leaf compactness and porosity were the highest in Bruguiera gymnorhiza and Lumnitzera racemose,respectively.The xylems in the leaves of Bruguiera gymnorhiza,B.sexangula and Rhizophora apiculate were identified to be well developed,but the xylem vessels of Lumnitzera racemose was not.The results of PCA showed that the adaptability of mangroves was related to the palisade tissue,upper epidermis,lower cuticle and leaf porosity,they were differences among the four mangrove species in environmental adaptability factors.To sum up,the leaf structural characteristics of the four mangrove species all have special anatomical characteristics to adapt to the salt environment in the same habitat.These characteristics could also be used as a taxonomy basis and it is of great significance to identify the tidal saliniferous plants and to analyze the formation environment of their sediments.
