摘 要:为探究环境雌激素(environmental estrogens,EES)联合处理在环境剂量下对雄性斑马鱼(Danio rerio)繁殖行为的影响,设置对照组(水体中无EES)、EE2-low组(水体中含5.55 ng·L^(-1)乙炔基雌二醇(17α-ethinylestradiol,EE2))、EE2-high组(水体中含11.1 ng·L^(-1)EE2)和EES组(水体中含62.2 ng·L^(-1)壬基酚、250 ng·L^(-1)双酚A、4.56 ng·L^(-1)雌酮、5.53 ng·L^(-1)雌二醇和39.6 ng·L^(-1)雌三醇,上述所有EES质量浓度均为环境剂量),对雄性斑马鱼连续进行EES暴露处理60 d,然后引入未经EES暴露处理的雌性斑马鱼与之进行配对繁殖,最后对它们与繁殖行为相关的指标进行比较。结果显示:与对照组相比,EE2-low组雌、雄性斑马鱼单独和同时进入产卵区的时间及追逐频次均无统计学意义上的差异,EES-high组和EES组雌、雄性斑马鱼的上述指标则均有统计学意义上的减少(p<0.05)。研究结果表明,多种环境剂量的EES联合处理与具有相同雌激素效应的5.55 ng·L^(-1)EE2处理相比具有更强的生殖毒性,与11.1 ng·L^(-1)EE2处理的生殖毒性基本相当并均能明显抑制雄性斑马鱼的繁殖行为。Investigate the effects of combined environmental estrogens(EES) treatment on reproductive behaviors of male zebrafish(Danio rerio).Four groups were set as follow:Control(without EES in water),EE2-low(with EE2:5.55 ng L^(-1) in water),EE2-high(with EE2:11.1 ng·L^(-1) in water) and EES(water containing 4-NP:62.2 ng·L^(-1),BPA:250 ng·L^(-1),E1:4.56 ng·L^(-1),E2:5.53 ng·L^(-1),E3:39.6 ng·L^(-1)).Adult male zebrafish were exposed to the drugs mentioned above for 60 d and then paired with unexposed adult females individually.Reproductive behaviors of both male and female were counted and analyzed thereafter.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the time and chasing frequency of single and simultaneous entry into the spawning area between the EE2-low group and the male zebrafish.However,the EES-high group and EES group showed a significant decrease in the above four indicators for both female and male zebrafish(p<0.05).The research results indicate that the combined treatment of multiple environmental doses of EES has stronger reproductive toxicity compared to 5.55 ng·L^(-1) with the same estrogenic effect,and the reproductive toxicity of 11.1 ng·L^(-1) EE2 is basically equivalent and can significantly inhibit the reproductive behavior of male zebrafish.
