摘 要:为了满足电子设备轻量化和高度集成化发展的趋势和社会健康需求,轻量化、低成本、耐腐蚀的电磁屏蔽材料日益受到青睐。碳系导电填料,尤其是碳纳米管和石墨烯,在聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料中应用广泛。但碳系导电填料颗粒的应用通常因其在聚合物基中有限的分散性使得它们与聚合物基体的相互作用受到障碍,从而对电磁屏蔽效能产生不利影响。文中综述了碳纳米管和石墨烯及相关复合材料的典型改性方式及其电磁屏蔽性能,旨在为其在聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料中的应用提供良好的设计思路。In order to meet the development trend of lightweight and highly integrated electronic equipment and social health needs,lightweight,low-cost,and corrosion resistant electromagnetic shielding materials are increasingly favored.Carbon based conductive fillers,especially carbon nanotubes and graphene,have been widely used in polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites.However,the application of carbon based conductive filler particles often has a negative impact on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness due to their limited dispersion in the polymer matrix,which hinders their interaction with the polymer matrix.In this review,the typical modification methods and electromagnetic shielding properties of carbon nanotubes,graphene,and related composites were introduced,hoping to provide a good design idea for their application in polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites.
