2021—2023年苏州市吴江区托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的 了解苏州市吴江区托幼机构消毒质量现状,为促进托幼机构传染病防控工作提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样法采集样本,根据相关的标准和规范,检测寝室内空气、工作人员手和物体表面的细菌菌落总数,餐(饮)具的大肠菌群和沙门菌含量以及紫外线灯的辐照强度,比较不同类型托幼机构消毒质量合格率差异。结果 2021—2023年监测辖区内托幼机构20家次,共采集各类样本662份,消毒质量总合格率为93.1%;各年度合格率依次为91.0%、91.6%和98.7%。物体表面和紫外线灯的各年度合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城区与乡镇托幼机构消毒质量合格率分别为93.5%和92.2%,其中城区紫外线灯的合格率显著高于乡镇(81.8%vs52.0%,χ^(2)=6.886,P=0.009)。不同规模托幼机构(<500人、500~1000人、>1000人)的样本总合格率分别为95.4%、95.8%和85.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.696,P=0.001)。不同物体表面(毛巾、玩具和桌面)合格率分别为88.5%、98.4%和96.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.591,P=0.037)。结论 苏州市吴江区托幼机构的总体消毒质量情况良好,但紫外线灯和工作人员手的消毒质量仍需进一步加强。Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection quality in kindergartens in Wujiang District of Suzhou City,so as to provide a basis for promoting the prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens.Methods Samples were collected by random sampling method.According to the relevant standards and specifications,the total number of bacterial colonies in the air,the hands of staff and surface of objects,and the content of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in tableware and drinking utensils,as well as the ultraviolet radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps were tested.The qualified rate of disinfection quality of different types of nurseries were compared.Results 20 kindergartens in the area were monitored from 2021 to 2023,and a total of 662 samples of various types were collected.The total qualified rate of disinfection quality was 93.1%,and the annual qualified rate was 91.0%,91.6%and 98.7%,respectively.There were significant differences in the qualified rates of object surface and ultraviolet lamp in each year(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection quality of kindergartens in urban area and town area was 93.5%and 92.2%respectively,and the qualified rate of ultraviolet lamp in urban area was significantly higher than that in town area(81.8%vs 52.0%,χ^(2)=6.886,P=0.009).The total qualified rates of samples from kindergartens of different sizes(<500、500-1000、>1000)were 95.4%,95.8%and 85.5%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.696,P=0.001).The qualified rates of different object surfaces(towels,toys and desktops)were 88.5%,98.4%and 96.5%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.591,P=0.037).Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of kindergartens in Wujiang District of Suzhou is good,but the disinfection quality of ultraviolet lights and staff hands still needs to be further strengthened.
