摘　　要：IgA肾病是临床常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其发病率在不同地理区域、不同种族、种族群体之间差异很大,迄今为止,没有针对IgA肾病的特定治疗方案,主要治疗是优化支持性治疗。中医学中并无IgA肾病这一病名,多归属于“尿血”“肾风”等范畴,为本虚标实之病。本研究根据其在不同种族、区域流行病学特点,基于《黄帝内经》“因地制宜”理论,结合四川独特地理文化特点,归纳、总结四川诸位名中医治疗IgA肾病学术经验,旨在传承守正创新,推动川派中医名家临床经验的普及与学术思想的理论研究。IgA nephropathy is a clinically common primary glomerular disease,the incidence of which varies greatly between different geographic regions,different races,and ethnic groups.To date,there is no disease-specific treatment for IgA nephropathy,and the main treatment is to optimize supportive therapy.There is no name of IgA nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine,which mostly belongs to the categories of"blood in urine"and"turbidness in urine".It is a disease characterized by deficiency and deficiency.According to its epidemiological characteristics in different races and regions,based on the theory of"adapting to local conditions"in Huangdi Neijing,combined with the unique geographical and cultural characteristics of Sichuan,the academic experience of Sichuan's famous TCM in the treatment of IgA nephropathy is summarized.Inheriting and innovating,promoting the sharing of clinical experience and the theoretical research of academic thought of famous TCM practitioners of Sichuan school.
