摘 要:为研究高寒阴湿区不同种植密度对药用大黄生长及产量的影响,为药用大黄的标准化栽培技术提供支持。设计3种不同种植密度(株距×行距):20 cm×60 cm,30 cm×60 cm,40 cm×60 cm,采用随机区组设计,每一密度设置3个重复。对生长指标及产量进行测量、数据统计与分析。结果表明,种植密度对药用大黄的生长发育和产量均有影响。随株距增大,药材个体各指标测量值增加。株距为30 cm、行距为60 cm时,大黄各生长指标最佳,根鲜重、根干重达最大值;不同移栽密度对药用大黄的生长指标和产量影响均有显著差异(p<0.05),各生长指标与产量呈正相关。To study the effects of different planting densities on the growth and yield of Rheum in high cold and damp region,and to provide support for the standardized cultivation technology of Rheum.Three different planting densities(plant spacing×row spacing)were designed:20 cm×60cm,30 cm×60 cm,40 cm×60 cm.Random block design was adopted,and 3 replicates were set for each density.The results showed that planting density had an effect on the growth and yield of Rheum.With the increase of plant distance,the measured values of each index of medicinal materials increased.When the plant spacing was 30 cm and the row spacing was 60 cm,the growth indexes of Rhubarb were the best,and the fresh root weight and dry root weight reached the maximum.The growth index and yield of Rheum were significantly different with different transplanting density(p<0.05),and the growth index was positively correlated with the yield.
