摘 要:日粮纤维主要是指动物饲料原料中的非淀粉多糖,它们不能被小肠内源性消化酶消化。单胃动物的日粮中纤维含量过高可能会降低日粮适口性和营养物质的消化率。随着对日粮纤维的深入研究,人们发现日粮纤维可以被后肠微生物发酵产生短链脂肪酸,并对母猪肠胃健康和妊娠后期炎症反应具有明显的改善作用,对于提高母猪泌乳性能具有重要意义。本文主要综述了日粮纤维的定义和分类、理化性质、生理功能、作用机理以及日粮纤维对母猪肠胃健康和泌乳性能的影响,旨在为日粮纤维在繁殖母猪上的精准利用提供理论参考。Dietary fiber refers primarily to non-starch polysaccharides in feed ingredients that cannot be digested by endogenous digestive enzymes in the small intestine.The palatability of the diet and the digestibility of nutrients can be reduced by high fiber content in the diet of monogastric animals.With the in-depth study of dietary fiber,it was found that dietary fiber can be fermented by intestinal microorganisms to produce short-chain fatty acids,and has a significant effect on gastrointestinal health and inflammation in late pregnancy of sows,which is of great importance in improving lactating performance of sows.This paper mainly reviewed the definition and classification of dietary fiber,physical and chemical properties,physiological functions,mechanism of action and effects of dietary fiber on the gastrointestinal health and lactation performance of sows,so as to provide theoretical reference for the accurate use of dietary fiber in breeding sows.
