摘  要:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是一种常见病,可导致包括心脑血管疾病、视网膜病变等在内的多种并发症。长期以来,睡眠呼吸暂停的诊断、严重程度评估主要依赖睡眠多导图,治疗则主要依赖自动持续气道正压。这期刊登了多篇阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停相关论文,对进一步提高诊疗水平有重要价值。儿童期的睡眠呼吸暂停常与腺样体、扁桃体肥大有关,但由于腺样体、扁桃体肥大可能与过敏、慢性炎症有关并且可能随年龄增大而缩小,外科摘除腺样体、扁桃体手术应慎重。Obstructive sleep apnea is a common disease that can lead to various complications including cardio-vascular diseases,retinopathy,etc.Over the last several decades,the diagnosis and severity assessment of sleep apnea have mainly relied on polysomnography while treatment of OSA relied on automatic continuous positive airway pressure.Several articles in this issue related to obstructive sleep apnea,which are of great value to update our knowledge in man-agement of OSA.Sleep apnea in childhood is often related to adenotonsillar hypertrophy.However,adenotonsillar operation should be done with caution because adenotonsillar hypertrophy may be related to allergies and may improve with age.
