基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教在预防住院儿童跌倒坠床中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教在预防住院儿童跌倒坠床中的应用效果。方法采用类试验研究方法,将2021年住院患儿及陪护列为对照组,2022年住院患儿及陪护列为观察组,对照组采用常规口头宣教,观察组采用基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教,比较两组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知水平、陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率及患儿跌倒坠床发生率。结果对照组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知得分为(91.67±8.59)分,陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率为19.17%,患儿跌倒坠床发生率为0.188‰;观察组陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知得分为(104.54±7.86)分,陪护及患儿对预防措施完全依从率为55.00%,患儿跌倒坠床发生率为0.073‰,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于情景再现的小视频联合图文宣教能提高陪护对住院儿童跌倒认知水平,提高陪护及住院儿童对预防措施的依从性,降低住院儿童跌倒坠床发生率,值得在临床中推广。Objective To observe the application effect of scenario-based video combined with graphic educa-tion in preventing hospitalized children from falling out of bed.Methods A quasi-experimental research method was employed.In 2021,hospitalized children and their caregivers were designated as the control group,while in 2022,hospi-talized children and their caregivers were designated as the observation group.The control group received conventional ver-bal education,while the observation group received scenario-based short videos combined with text and image education.The study compared the caregiver's awareness level of preventing falls in hospitalized children,the complete compliance rate of caregivers and children with preventive measures,and the occurrence rate of falls from bed in children between the two groups.Results In the control group,the caregiver's awareness score of preventing falls in hospitalized children was(91.67±8.59)points,the complete compliance rate of caregivers and children with preventive measures was 19.17%,and the occurrence rate of falls from bed in children was 0.188%o.In the observation group,the caregiver's awareness score of preventing falls in hospitalized children was(104.54±7.86)points,the complete compliance rate of caregivers and children with preventive measures was 55.00%,and the occurrence rate of falls from bed in children was 0.073%o.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario-based short videos combined with text and image education can improve caregiver awareness of preventing falls in hospitalized children,increase compliance with preventive measures among caregivers and hospitalized children,and reduce the occurrence rate of falls from bed in hospi-talized children.This approach is worth promoting in clinical practice.
