灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新治疗良性前列腺增生患者短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新治疗良性前列腺增生患者的短期疗效。方法将收治的86例老年良性前列腺增生患者分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组口服盐酸坦洛新胶囊治疗,观察组口服盐酸坦洛新胶囊和灵泽片,连续治疗12周,比较两组疗效,评估国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生活质量指数(QOL)评分、测定膀胱残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、前列腺体积(PV)、总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)水平以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组和观察组患者IPSS评分、QOL评分、PVR、PV、IL-6和TNF-α水平以及fPSA和tPSA水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组患者Qmax较治疗前升高,且观察组高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新可降低良性前列腺增生患者炎症反应,改善临床指标和前列腺功能。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of Lingze tablet combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride on the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Eighty-six cases of senile patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group received oral administration of tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules,while the observation group received tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules and Lingze tablets.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups was compared using the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),Quality of Life(QOL)score,post-void residual urine volume(PVR),maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),prostate volume(PV),total prostate-specific antigen(tPSA)levels,free prostate-specific antigen(fPSA)levels,as well as interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both the IPSS and QOL scores,PVR,PV,IL-6,TNF-αlevels,and fPSA and tPSA levels of patients in both the control and observation groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Qmax of patients in both the control and observation groups increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingze tablets,in combination with tamsulosin hydrochloride,can reduce inflammatory responses in patients with BPH,improve clinical indicators,and enhance prostate function.
