摘 要:天然气中乙硫醇的脱除是一项研究重点课题。采用共沉淀法合成Ni-Ti-LDHs,对样品进行XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DTA测试与表征,通过动态吸附法评价Ni-Ti-LDHs对乙硫醇的吸附性能。研究结果表明,通过共沉淀法合成的Ni-Ti-LDHs具有层状结构,其层间为NO3-,层状Ni-Ti-LDHs对乙硫醇的穿透吸附量为19.74 mg/g。碱性层状Ni-Ti-LDHs对乙硫醇有较好的吸附性能。The removal of ethyl mercaptan from natural gas is a key research topic.Ni-Ti-LDHs were synthesized by a co-precipitate method,and the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG-DTA.The adsorption perfor⁃mance of Ni-Ti-LDHs for ethyl mercaptan were evaluated by the dynamic adsorption method.The results showed that the Ni-Ti-LDHs synthesized by the co-precipitation method had a layered structure,and its interlayer was NO3-.The penetration adsorption capacity of the layered Ni-Ti-LDHs for ethyl mercaptan was 19.74 mg/g.Alkaline layered Ni-Ti-LDHs have good adsorption performance for ethyl mercaptan.
