摘 要:双极膜电渗析被广泛应用于环境工程、资源回收、能源存储和转化等领域。双极膜作为双极膜电渗析的核心部件之一,其性能对双极膜电渗析的效果很关键。首先通过(3-氨丙基)-三乙氧基硅烷与MXene Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)反应制备了一种氨基改性MXene(MXene-NH_(2))材料,XRD、EDS、XPS等表征结果表明MXene-NH2被成功制备;再以MXene-NH_(2)为中间层,以磺化聚苯醚(SPPO)为阳膜层,以季铵化聚苯醚(QPPO)为阴膜层,制备了双极膜并进行了I-V曲线、稳定性、电渗析等性能表征。结果表明,MXene-NH2添加量为0.3%时,双极膜的产碱速率快,双极膜电渗析运行180 min后,碱室氢氧化钠浓度增加至0.0788 mol/L;MXene-NH_(2)添加量为0.5%时,水解离电压低,稳定性好。Bipolar membrane electrodialysis has been widely used in environmental engineering,resource recovery,energy storage and conversion.As one of the core components of bipolar membrane electrodialysis,the performance of bipolar membrane electrodialysis is very important.Here,the amino-modified MXene(MXene-NH_(2))was prepared through the re-action of(3-aminopropyl)-triethoxysilane with MXene Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).Characterization results of XRD,EDS,XPS etc.showed that MXene-NH_(2) was successfully prepared.Using MXene-NH_(2) as the intermediate layer,sulfonated polyphenyl ether(SP-PO)as the cation exchange layer,and quaternary ammonium polyphenyl ether(QPPO)as the anion exchange layer,bipo-lar membranes were prepared and characterized by I-V curve,stability,electrodialysis,etc.Results showed that the alkali production rate of the bipolar membrane was fast when the additive amount of MXene-NH_(2) was 0.3%.After 180 min opera-tion,the alkali concentration in the alkali chamber increased by 0.0788 mol/L.When the addition amount of MXene-NH2 is 0.5%,the hydrolysis ionization is low and the stability is excellent.
