摘　　要：考查不同种类的表面活性剂对醋酸氯己定的影响,并确定最佳配比。采用悬液定量杀菌试验,对醋酸氯己定洗手液的杀菌效果进行实验室研究。结果表明,0.5%醋酸氯己定洗手液作用2 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的杀菌率均大于90%,且该表活体系发泡力良好。The effect of different types of surfactants on chlorhexidine acetate was investigated and the optimal ratio was de⁃termined.Laboratory research was carried out on the bactericidal effect of chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer by suspension quantitative sterilization test,and it was found that the sterilization rate of 0.5%chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was>90%for 2 min,and the foaming power of the epiactivation system was good.
