摘 要:目前我国建设包括地铁站在内的大断面地下结构时主要采用现浇技术,机械化水平较低,存在用工多、占用场地大、施工质量较难控制、受场地制约大等诸多不足。针对以上问题,基于现有的小断面综合管廊机械化装配技术,研发出叠落式地下工程结构装配技术。该方法将地下结构的大断面分为若干预制构件,把地下管廊只有纵向一个方向的装配技术改进为包括横向、竖向在内3个方向的多维度装配,极大地扩宽了机械化装配技术在地下工程中的适用范围,该技术可以替代常规现浇法施工,提升施工安全性和工程质量。At present,large-section underground structures(including subway stations)in China are mainly constructed by pouring on site,which has the disadvantages of low level of mechanization,a lot of workers,large occupied area,difficulty in construction quality control,and site restrictions.In response to these problems,the assembly technology was developed for stacked underground engineering structures based on the existing mechanical assembly technology for small-section integrated pipe galleries.Large sections of underground structures are divided into prefabricated components,and the longitudinal assembly of underground pipe galleries is upgraded into 3 dimensional assembly,including horizontal and vertical assembly.This greatly expands the applicability of mechanical assembly technology in underground engineering.It can replace conventional pouring on site,to improve the construction safety and engineering quality.
