摘 要:由于雄安新区创新研究院科研园区项目钢板混凝土组合剪力墙高度较高,并且要求普通混凝土强度等级达到C50及以上,混凝土下落高度过大,易产生离析现象,影响工程质量,所以采取逐层浇筑、逐层振捣的施工方式进行模拟。该方法下,墙体温度场无法通过理论计算得出,故基于ABAQUS2021进行有限元模拟,编写Hetval子程序对混凝土水化放热过程进行精确模拟,得到了分层浇筑措施下组合钢板剪力墙的混凝土水化放热温度场,为工程顺利完工交付提供了技术支持。Due to the high height of steel plate concrete composite shear wall in the scientific research park of Xiong‘an New Area Innovation Research Institute,and the requirement that the strength grade of ordinary concrete should reach C50 and above,the falling height of concrete is too high,which is easy to produce segregation and affect the quality of the project.Therefore,the construction method of layer-by-layer pouring and layer-by-layer vibration is simulated.Under this method,the temperaturefield of the wall cannot be obtained by theoretical calculation.Therefore,based on ABAQUS2021,the finite element simulation is carried out,and the Hetval subroutine is written to accurately simulate the hydration heat release process of concrete.The temperaturefield of concrete hydration heat release of composite steel plate shear wall under layered pouring measures is obtained,which provides technical support for the smooth completion and delivery of the project.
